The quirky Brooklyn alt-rockers were formed in 1982 by John Flansburgh and John Linnell, accompanied by a drum machine. In the early 1990s, they expanded to include a backing band. Their big hit was 1990's 'Birdhouse In Your Soul'. Lurking under the radar since then, this is an advance track from - surprisingly - their 24th album!
